Laureen Murphy serves as Chief Operating Officer at MedCycle Solutions, where she demonstrates a strong ability to build high-performing teams and sustain operational excellence. Her leadership is grounded in strategic execution, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

A passionate advocate for education within the healthcare industry, Laureen has dedicated much of her career to developing others. Through her vision, persistence, and commitment to excellence, she brought her long-standing goal of MedAcademy to life, where she serves as Program Director, leading the development of innovative training and professional development programs.

Laureen is a highly experienced healthcare revenue cycle and information management consultant with more than 30 years of experience across a wide spectrum of healthcare environments. Her expertise spans operations, administration, billing, coding, compliance, and financial performance optimization. She has partnered with private physician practices, large health systems, academic teaching facilities, Level I trauma centers, federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), rural health clinics (RHCs), and independent provider groups.

Her extensive industry experience has enabled her to build and maintain a robust network of professional relationships. Laureen leverages a strong foundation in customer service to navigate complex client needs and deliver tailored, results-driven solutions. Known for her ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization, she consistently brings clarity, insight, and strategic value to every engagement.

Patty is an Instructor with MedAcademy and a Revenue Cycle Specialist at MedCycle Solutions and an instructor for MedAcademy. She has over 20 years of experience in coding, billing, education, revenue cycle, credentialing, licensing, and auditing fields.

Patty has worked in several areas, such as Pediatrics, Cardiology, Emergency Room, and most recently for a Telehealth Company, which incorporated AI in their everyday world. She has also worked in the education field, providing valuable insights to adult learners in a community college setting. Patty is a strong believer in the power of positivity in everyone’s life. She enjoys seeing teammates and students expand their knowledge and further their career goals.
